My first semester of college is almost finished. Last week of finals this week and then I'm back home for the holidays! There has been so much going on. My life is so different now. I've been out on my own since August, gained a bit more independence. I have made many new, amazing friends who I absolutely love spending time with. I have been home twice since school started, both a bit akward. For fall break I was asked to visit Westhill, my high school and it was just weird. Everyone was so young and everyone is MARRIED now! (The teachers that is). But still, it was very surreal. I did get to see RASCAL FLATTS though!!! How do I do it? For Kenny Chesney I made it to the stage, front row and center AND met his band. I met PHIL VASSAR's band after his concert, got a free T-shirt and I got the manager of all seating at Madison Square Garden to escort me and my friends to the pit during the Rascal Flatts concert. Could it have been any better? I'm like the luckiest girl alive! Well, I could have actually met Phil! Then, over Thanksgiving, it was weird not going home to Jason and I also went to the high school homecoming dance to see all the graduates who were also going back. Just weird, I've definately moved on from high school, THANK GOD! Its definately a strange thing growing up... I love how my life is turning out. Well, maybe I'll check in soon! Lots of love |
